SHD mix is a combination of Pine, Douglas fir and Sawmill offcuts – because of availability, this year it is the ABC Pine Blocks as the offcuts not the Kiln Dried offcuts.
Often called the “Shed” mix it is good all combination of wood and the most popular option during winter. Also the Best Value for money in Energy to the dollar (kWh/$)
We store this wood in covered shelters with a concrete floor. When purchased in Summer/Spring it will be crispy dry, in winter there will be a portion of Wood wet from the rain that wont be ready to burn on the day that we deliver.
