Chimney Cleans are normally undertaken within 2 to 3 weeks of order. We will reach out to find a time that suits you prior.

We use the ground up method, naturally if we need to get up on to your roof there will be additional charges.

We typically do our chimney cleaning off season and can normally under take the job within 2 weeks of purchase. If you have noticed something unusual with the operation of your fireplace please let us know.
If you require fireplace repairs, please reply to your order conformation with photos and details and we will be back in touch with expected additional costs.
